Abstract
QUEEN is an AI command layer for onchain intelligence. A person gives one objective, such as investigating a token, explaining an unusual event, or comparing protocols. QUEEN delegates the work to a Court of specialised AI agents and returns a single consolidated report.
This paper explains the problem QUEEN addresses, how the Court works, what exists today, and what is planned. QUEEN is at a very early stage. The public demo runs on labelled, scripted fixtures, no live blockchain data is connected yet, and the $QUEEN token is not live.
The problem
Onchain activity is public. Understanding it is slow.
Token movements, contract events, trades across venues, and the chains of cause that connect them are spread across many places. Anyone trying to understand a single event has to piece that activity together by hand.
Fragmented
Evidence sits in different sources and formats. No single view shows how it fits together.
Manual
Researchers collect, order, and connect events themselves. It takes time and attention for every question.
Easy to overstate
Without a second look, weak or unsupported claims can slip into the final story.
The solution
Queen delegates. Agents investigate.
QUEEN replaces the manual work with a coordinated team. You give the command. The Court handles the rest: Queen assigns tasks to specialised agents, each agent does one job, and Queen assembles the result into one report.
Finds the on-chain activity and evidence that matters to the objective.
Turns raw data into intelligence by ordering events and connecting them.
Checks the risks, challenges findings, and removes unsupported claims.
Coordinates the work and delivers the consolidated report. Today's demo stops at the report.
The Court
Every agent holds one seat with one clear job.
Four seats are demonstrated today. Three more are planned, and more agents can be added as the network grows. Drag, swipe, or use the controls to look around the Court.
A Court session
From one objective to one report.
Every investigation follows the same procedure, so the result is consistent and easy to review.
- You give one objective. For example: investigate a token, explain an unusual event, or compare protocols.
- Queen assigns the work. She breaks the objective into tasks and delegates them to the agents.
- Scout gathers evidence. Relevant on-chain activity is collected and handed on.
- Analyst connects the evidence. Events are put in order and only supported relationships are stated.
- Sentinel challenges the findings. Gaps and weaker claims are flagged, and unsupported conclusions stay out of the report.
- Queen delivers the report. You get a single consolidated answer instead of a pile of tabs.
Design principles
Trust comes from being clear about what is real.
Labelled data
Demo data is marked as synthetic, so nobody mistakes a scripted example for a real finding.
No invented answers
For queries the demo does not support, QUEEN declines rather than making up chain data.
Challenge before conclusion
Sentinel exists so that claims are tested, and unsupported ones are left out of the report.
No friction to try
The demo needs no wallet connection and no payment.
Direction, not promises
The roadmap shows where the project is heading. It is not a set of commitments.
Current status
What exists today, stated plainly.
| Public demo | LiveAt queenaicourt.grok.me. Scripted and fixture-based. |
|---|---|
| Agents demonstrated | LiveQueen, Scout, Analyst, Sentinel. |
| Live blockchain data | Not yetNo live blockchain API is connected. |
| Wallet or payment | Not neededThe demo asks for neither. |
| $QUEEN token | Not liveNot sold, staked, or required anywhere on the site. |
| Community | Follow @queensagents on X or join the Telegram community. The X account was created in early October 2026, and its bio says the early Court gets first access. |
The $QUEEN token
An intended role, not a live product.
$QUEEN is described as the intended future economic coordination layer of the Court, connecting tasks, users, and agents. It is not live. The site does not sell it, stake it, or require it.
The following are not part of the current design:
- Yields or staking rewards
- Revenue sharing
- Burns
- Mandatory payments
- Guaranteed access or rewards
Roadmap
Four phases. No dates, no guarantees.
Public demo of the Court procedure on labelled fixtures.
Connect real blockchain data sources for Scout.
Analyst and Sentinel work on real retrieved records.
Activate additional seats: Cartographer, Archivist, and Counsel.
Unscheduled
Formal coordination and $QUEEN economics, once they have been designed and published.
Risks and disclaimers
Please read before relying on anything here.
- Early stage. QUEEN is a new project. Features may change, be delayed, or not be built.
- Demo is not analysis. The public demo uses scripted, synthetic fixtures. Its outputs are not findings about any real token, wallet, or event.
- AI can be wrong. Agent reports may contain errors or gaps. Verify important conclusions independently.
- Roadmap is not a commitment. Phases describe intended direction only and carry no dates or guarantees.
- Token not live. Nothing in this paper is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any token. No returns, rewards, or access are promised.
- Not advice. This paper is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in.
- Forward-looking statements. Statements about the future reflect current intentions and may change without notice.
